Michelle Elder
Director, Marketing & Communications

Michelle Elder, a Chicago native, brings over 15 years of diverse marketing experience to SRC. Her career spans roles at New York’s Ford Model Management, various e-commerce businesses, and restaurant groups. In addition to her marketing expertise, she is a skilled graphic designer. Ms. Elder earned her bachelor’s degree from The Illinois Institute of Art in Chicago.

As Director, Ms. Elder is part of SRC’s senior management team, helping guide the company’s strategic direction. She also leads the Marketing and Communications department, overseeing all activities related to strengthening SRC’s corporate brand. A seasoned marketing and creative strategist, Ms. Elder and her team manage social media, email and digital marketing campaigns, SEO, lead generation, analytics, graphic design, and website development. She collaborates closely with the Designee Marketing and Business Development teams to ensure a cohesive environment for SRC-accredited providers and their patients.

Larissa Jacobsen
Manager, Marketing
& Communications

An East Coast transplant hailing from the Pacific Northwest, Larissa Jacobsen has a decade of experience in marketing and program management. She has worked in a variety of industries including health care, nonprofits and corporations, and brings a vast knowledge of integrated marketing strategies, branding, multi-channel marketing, copywriting and graphic design. Ms. Jacobsen earned her bachelor’s degree in marketing and management from Shippensburg University, Pennsylvania.

The consumer experience is one of Larissa’s favorite aspects of marketing. Her enthusiasm and expertise in this area drive her work on SRC’s corporate marketing team, where she focuses on strengthening the company’s brand presence and refining its communication strategies. Larissa’s prior experience supporting SRC designees with their marketing initiatives gives her a unique perspective on effectively connecting with diverse audiences.

Katrina Willis
Accreditation Fulfillment Coordinator

Managing SRC’s Fulfillment Center is tedious and demanding. More than ten years of graphic design and customer service experience qualifies Katrina Willis for the job. Ms. Willis is responsible for creating, ensuring the accuracy of, and managing the timely delivery of awards and merchandise to recipients in nearly 30 countries participating in more than 100 SRC accreditation programs. She ensures proper inventory management, as well as close coordination with print and logistics vendors. Ms. Willis is also responsible for announcing new designees on SRC’s various media platforms. She earned her bachelor’s degree in art from Florida State.

Natalia Trawkowski
Coordinator, Marketing & Communications

With over a decade of experience in the online retail sector, Natalia Trawkowski, is passionate about crafting exceptional and inspiring customer experiences through design. Her extensive expertise spans various roles within the eCommerce departments at sister companies Crate and Barrel and CB2, where she specialized in web design, marketing, photography, and art direction. Hailing from Chicago, she also brings a wealth of experience as a freelance graphic designer and art director, collaborating with clients from diverse industries ranging from real estate to health care.

Ms. Trawkowski currently utilizes her talents to enhance SRC’s corporate and designee marketing initiatives, concentrating on graphic design and social media management. She holds a Visual Communication degree from the Illinois Institute of Art – Chicago.
