can receive training and have questions answered in a timely fashion.

These sessions are held every Monday from 12:00 - 1:00 pm Eastern time to answer
questions about BOLD and the BSCOE program. Led by a SRC site inspector and support
team member, the teleconference is a forum for answering questions that have been

These one-hour webinar sessions are held on Thursdays to address BOLD data entry training
and issues. We encourage everyone that utilizes BOLD to take advantage of these
