can receive training and have questions answered in a timely fashion.

These sessions are held every Monday from 12:00 - 1:00 pm Eastern time to answer
questions about BOLD and the BSCOE program. Led by a SRC site inspector and support
team member, the teleconference is a forum for answering questions that have been

These one-hour webinar sessions are held on Thursdays to address BOLD Administrator training
and data entry issues. We encourage everyone that utilizes BOLD to take advantage of these
webinars. While reservations are required, you may attend as many as you would like.
